This e-learning course is aimed at anyone who needs to understand how stress management in the workplace can be identified, triggered and managed.
Stress is a real problem for both organisations and their employees and accounts for a significant proportion of work related illness each year. Being aware of the signs of stress, some of the triggers and how to manage them can make a real difference to your wellbeing and that of people around you. This course will explain what stress is, the causes and symptoms of stress, legislation that applies to businesses and ways that stress can be minimised.
Once you receive your log-in details, you can complete the course at any time to suit you. Each time you log in, you’ll be able to see the progress you have made and our e-learning portal will remember where you left off last time – so you can continue your training quickly and easily. You can also go over the learning content as often as required so you get the optimum learning experience that will be retained and applied to your work, to keep you and your business safe and compliant.
The course guides you through all the knowledge and understanding you need in a series of videos followed by some multiple choice questions. You’ll have three attempts to complete each module before you’ll need to call us.

Module 4: Minimising the Risk of Stress

On successful completion of the course you will be awarded an electronic Learning Post Certificate of Training in Stress Management in the Workplace.
