This one-on-one, tutor-led, interactive e-learning course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn more about how to use Twitter for Business. Twitter is a very valuable tool for all sorts of businesses and is a social media platform used by a wide range of people, from celebrities who use it to communicate with their fans, to companies and brands who use it to engage their customers and attract new ones. In fact, there is no restriction to who or what can have a Twitter account and often a larger company such as Starbucks will also have individual accounts for each product such as Frappuccino’s and even individual store locations.
This course will enable you to find out how Twitter can be used to enhance your business, increase your online visibility and increase your business success.

Each time you log in, you’ll be able to see the progress you have made and our e-learning portal will remember where you left off last time – so you can continue your training quickly and easily. You can also go over the learning content as often as required so you get the optimum learning experience that will be retained and applied to your work, to keep you and your business safe and compliant.
Our presenter Simon will guide you through all the knowledge and understanding you need in a series of videos followed by some multiple choice questions. You’ll have three attempts to complete each module before you’ll need to call us.
