How do I choose a course?
Browse our course information section or go straight to the Portal to view all our courses in a list here. Select the course you want to do buy adding it to your basket and use the online shopping cart to ‘checkout’ and pay for your course via the secure payment portal.
How do I access the course I’ve selected?
When you make your purchase, you’ll be promoted to enter your name and email address into a simple online form. We’ll send your login details to the email address you provide. You can access the course on our portal via the link in the email, or by returning to the website and entering your login and password in the Candidate Login area.
How do I know I’ve passed?
You’ll work through the modules and answer a set of questions at the end of each one. You’ll see on the course overview screen how many modules you’ve studied and how many modules you’ve successfully passed. When you pass the final module, the portal will issue your certificate. You can view your certificate online and either print it out or save it electronically.
How long does a course take?
Courses vary in length depending on the content and you can find more information about course length on each course information page. Once you have access to your course, you can study wherever and whenever you want, take breaks and come back to complete more study and take the assessments at a time to suit you. Even after you complete, your login and password will still work for 12 months (from purchase date) so you can go back over the learning content or re-print or re-save your certificate later if you need to.
